Step 1: Initial culture on agar (solid medium); Step 2: Making suspension in liquid medium (broth) to a 0.1A OD reading; Step 3: ELF PEMF exposure; Step 4: Seeding the previously irradiated and non-irradiated broth culture on agar (solid medium) to find the number of the bacterial cells which survived the exposure.
