The concentration-versus-time results for different situations are shown in parts (A) and (B) of the figure with the black curves being our theoretical predictions. 60 m g/m2 doxorubicin was given as a 0.083-hour bolus injection followed by: (A) 0.5-hour interval before 200 m g/m2 paclitaxel was infused over 3 hours. (B) 24-hour interval before 200 m g/m2 paclitaxel was infused over 3 hours [28].
